At swapnearn, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Log into your swapnearn account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
